I have been building pc's for friends and colleagues for  about 17 years

Each system is complete and will have at least the following::

1. Good Quality Brand Name Windows Keyboard (wired or wireless)
2. Good Quality Brand name mouse (wired or wireless)
3. Good Quality mini tower case with plenty room for further expansion if required
4. Good Quality Brand name motherboard and Processor (AMD or Intel)
5. On Board or "Creative Labs" sound controller card (Mult-speaker sound compatiable)
6. Good quality Floppy Disk Drive or high speed floppy optional
7. DVD-RW drive
8. Latest suitable operating System (windows Xp Home , Vista Home Premium ,Windows 7 Home Premium)32 bit or 64 bit
9. Good quality 17 flat screen Monitor or better  either provided by client or brought
10.  Quality desktop Stereo speakers
11. High Speed Hard Disk minimum of 200GB likely to be larger
12. Good Quality 56Kb Modem (set-up for internet access at client request)
13. Good Quality AGP Graphic's Card Usually 256MB (with TV out tuner if requested)
14.  All will have at least the following ports : printer , serial, vga, mouse ,keyboard ,USB ports ,sound in/out,firewire
15. Minimum 4GB
16. All Pc's have all recent bug fixes, patches and service packs installed

Note

All Pc's are built with no profit to me personally and retail prices are passed on to clients

Recommend additional Anti-virus and firewall Software such as Norton Security 2010 or simular to protect systems .Especially important for those connected to internet.
